Yes - you can create a symlink (symbolic link) which is sort of like a shortcut, but programs see it as the actual folder. Open up command prompt as an admin and run this command:

mklink /d "C:\Program Files\Steam" "Path\To\Steam\Installation"

(Replace the second path with where you installed Steam)

For gerassss, it might look like:

mklink /d "C:\Program Files\Steam" "E:\Steam"

(Not sure if that's actually where Steam is saved for you gerassss)

After relaunching RoboHacker, it should find Steam without a problem.

Why do you need it? All of the included cheats work fine without it.

Do what it says to you? - Download Visual Studio 2012 and install it. Run the "wdexpress_full.exe" and not the .ISO...

Step 1: Press OK - you will be taken to a webpage
Step 2: Click "Download"
Step 3: Check ONLY "wdexpress_full.exe"
Step 4: Click "Next" and it will start to download
Step 5: Run the installer and wait for it to finish
Step 6: Launch RoboHacker

I can't. ildasm.exe is the disassembler - it's what takes the game apart. There's no way for it to edit the game without taking it apart first.

I do not understand why you would need VB.
Can't you export all needed files so the user doesn't need a bunch of the outside stuff?

Read the prompt. All of it. It tells you exactly what to do.

If that's not enough for you, check the common errors section. It also explains exactly what to do.

Not to mention I just answered another person with the same problem about 3 posts ago.

It's required because it includes ildasm.exe, which can disassemble the game files. Without it, it can't modify the game.
