You need an injector to inject the dll, this hack gives you the dll, so you need to find an injector and then you can either inject it manually or automatically depends on the injector.
It's simple, what you said was a lie, like one doesn't forget how to do this simple basic hacking..

You put Engine or Engine.exe, depends on what injector you're using.

The hack is garbage. The only thing good on here is the wall hacks.

Unlimited ammo is client sided. Once you run out, you can keep shooting but none of the shots register on the other players' sides.

run combat arms in compatibility mode if your on windows 7 inject hack in to extreme injector start game click insert mulitable times maybe like 10 -12 times wait a few seconda after you hit it and it should come up enjoy

Tried a bunch of injectors, I press insert in-game and nothing seems to work.

Any suggestions? I'm running everything as an administrator.

You should add Ghost,No gravity,Fly,super jump then this would be the best hack, like the that use to be around in the old day's :P
