Just creatine mainl
my diet's been bad lately and i havent gone to the gym at all in a whiiile so ive pretty much stopped taking supplements, i used to only take creatine, preworkout, and a protein shake. i got really fit that year but ive lost most of my leanness and muscles :/ i used to be able to do 3x12 45lbs dumbbell presses and now i can barely do the same amount of sets with 25lbs.
Whey Proteine + Scitec Mega Daily one, sometimes Creatine
I take source of life natures plus vitamins.
Digest extra
and ginger root tablets.
I don't really believe in vitamins supplements
I think just eating well is fine
Multi-vitamins, whey protein & creatine for me!
BCAAs, Creatine Monohydrate, and Whey Isolate.
Pre is just unnecessary and causes your body to become reliant on it.
fish oil capsules
natural vegan multivitiman and mineral capsules
and some good old apple cider vinegar
Impact Whey protein + vitamins.
thewhey, calcium and magnezium, bcaa
Whey + healthy nutritional meals
I take fish oil ,vitamin D3 (due to less sunlight exposure) and MuscleTech whey
I take protein and creatine and i like them both to be honest !
Multi-vitamin, Omega 3 6 9, PWO, whey and cassein
Creatine is also proven to be an effective supplement so I would not be turned away from it because OP got bloated by it. Everyone can react a bit differently.
However if have the genes to start balding when you get older Creatine can cause this to happen faster so if baldness runs in your family I would reconsider using it unless you think that the gains are worth possibly going bald early. While no study on hairloss itself has done some studies have shown that creatine increases DHT levels and DHT makes baldness progress at a faster pace. So if baldness is an issue in your family I would be a bit carefull.
