how many hackers for real in APB?

almost 4000 accounts were banned that only caught the redshirts running widely distributed hacks.
some undetected ones were flagged only because they were in hacker clans and had reports against them.
but not even half of all hackers were caught and 75% of servers have higher than normal hacker %'s.
many of the 4000 rerolled instantly and are raging to troll also and means counter hacks are still needed to beat them.

Game really only has 20,000 active players. They like to claim 100,000's but that is not what /pop command tells you.

but seriously, there are alot situations were you have stats like 1-14 and think "wtf.... this dud is definitly a hacker" .... but then you have 20-2 and everyone calls you a hacker :P ... so - noone can 110% call someone a cheater ^^ (unless they do it damn obviously like killing you at r20 with Star in 6 shots @ 100meters distance while running )

i some times dont like to hack or aimbot or any hacks that are out there. if i am download a hack from any site i will just test it and then delete i am very skilled person when i play any games cuz if you hack there is no fun in any games cuz u can alrdy see who is coming and who is going to shoot i like to be challenged with any games.

More interesting is to play without hacks but in my opinion 50% of people use the hack. Why would you play without a hack when you know that you'll be defeated, not interesting.

I have no idea about any other servers, but Colby has relatively few. I rarely find a hacker on Colby.
