Update : I got an email from apple saying that they will be refunding my items within 48hrs after placing the order with him. I waited for 3days and i check my bank account every day 10 times for the refund lol. After 3days i started message him daily saying that i didn't get refund and told him to contact him apple regarding the refund. He daily replied to my messages without missing and said that i will definitely get the refund. Even after 5days i didn't get the refund. so i have contacted my bank and they told there were some holidays maybe that is the reason i didn't get my refund

But today the amount has been credited into my account

Bit of a hiccup as I received a replacement not the refund I was looking for. However, it was an easy fix as once I received the replacement I opened up a chat with Apple and within a couple minutes had a shipping label emailed to me. Received my refund email stating it should be in my account within 5 days. Excellent service and always answered any questions I had.
