Disagree. China is a developed country in many ways. India is too a developed country, yet they both are heavily populated. India is over a billion, and well China....You get my point. Underdevelopment means underpopulation, as the population does not have the required access to medicine, etc, to survive longer.

China is communist though, so its more about power than taking care of its citizens. China would rather spend a billion on making themselves appear better to the western world, then them actually being better off. China is only developed in its military practice really, most of china is not developed tech wise and its citizens have no government to help them. However china is improving.

India is not developed, its developing. It doesn't take a genius to understand why India suffers as greatly as they do either. Religion, slow government, and even just plain stupidity(shitting in the same water your going to bathe in). They literally die from starvation with cows everywhere.
