I hate the fact that you smudged the render without any change or settings or change in opacity.
The quality is also horrible.
Try adding a little more diversity in colors into your sigs as well. If you need help on that just refer to the color wheel and try combining Tertiary or secondary colors. Primary colors mixing are never good.

I dont like the background. It just looks like you used liquify or something and there looks like there is no attempt to make a decent background.
The render is blurry and your attempt at blending makes it look worse.
The text is pretty bad, it'd be better to stick with a plain colour.
Also the brushing looks shit, no offence. It's just you randomly putting in soft circle. No attempt at flow or anything.
Only half decent thing is you lighting, at least its coming from the right angle.
2/10, no offence.
