First its shoulder peeking, second they have been explaining what it is through out this entire thread. L2 Read. Also are you able to see the target while shoulder peeking? Or do you just crouch behind a box and spray and pray, hoping you hit someone.

Shoulderpeeking IS a glitch, but so many people does it that it can't really be enforced. Deathroom is a perfect example, you crouch behind the box and can see through the box, but can't be hit.
