1. Why would you want to change the MD5 hash of Skype?
2. You obviously can't edit any program whilst it is still open

Its like changing the name and appearance of the hack, so it will be harder for anti cheat to recognize it, but once you run an old hack
the anti cheat will recognize the old scripts and ban you.

No problem, we all didn't know that much at one point. This changes the MD5 hash of the file, some anticheats detect programs running the MD5 hash of known hacks that are publicly released. If a new hack is publicly released you would want to use this on it. Some anticheats see how the hack bypasses them and patches the exploit/method that bypasses them, in that case the MD5 of the file wouldn't matter.
