Yeah, I got 10k points and redeemed a iTunes card and it said it will take 24-48 hours...

Well it worked for me, I phoned up and complained and they said they'd look into it and withing around 20 mins I was able to use my points and I got a nice little $10 sent to my Paypal account. Very nice work here Cada, VERY nice.
