1. If max cp to transfer is set at 1500 and max IV to transfer is set at 90, does this mean that the bot will
transfer all pokemons if they do NOT meet both CP AND IV or is it set to transfer if pokemon does not meet CP OR IV?

So is bot set to look at both CP AND IV or look at CP OR IV before deciding to transfer?

2. If I set bot to evolve ALL pokemons and if bot finds an Eevee and evolves it will it keep it if the CP is either
1500 OR meets 90% IV? Let's pretend I DON'T have anything selected in the "NOT to Transfer" section.

3. Can you run 2 or more bot on ONE account?

Not that we know of. I've been soft-banned countless times, but nothing permanently has been done yet.

The bot isn't run via your phone, its run from your computer. So I'm not sure how to answer this question.

Out of the 3 poke bots I have tried this one is the most user friendly and stable.

Haxton bot will give you the most xp per hour but it's not reliable cause your ip will get bann really really fast.
