Watch youtube CF PRO SNIPERING, it helped me alot, but my basics were right, reload behind corners, jump out and aim, then go back to corner n' jump out, or if enough pro then do a rush

Don't always camp , but don't rush too much.
Just wait for the steps and when you hear them come out.
Then make sure that you trick him.There is the killer thing so go to the same place.Then wait some seconds and go to the opposite side.So the opponent just jump and check the side you were in and you got a clear view of him from the other side.
