In cmd type ipconfig and press enter, look for Default Gateway (Should start with 192.168.) write that down somewhere.
Now type ping (enter what you wrote down 192.168.....)

Now type in ipconfig /release and press enter, then type in ipconfig /renew and press enter, then type ipconfig /flushdns and press enter
Turn off your PC & Disconnect your modem/router, don't just press off, remove the power completely and wait 10-20 seconds.
Turn on your modem/router and then 15 seconds start your PC, once its online open cmd again and type in ping (192.168.... what you wrote down and entered before) then right click and press select all then paste it all here so I can see.
    C:\Users\Tom>ping 192.168.0.103

Command PING on 192.168.0.103 - 32 bites data:

    Statistic ping for 192.168.0.103:

That ping result is perfect, so its not your modem/router connecting to the internet, so its from the internet to crossfire.

Are you familiar with Port Forwarding? The problem is most likely a blocked port, either by crossfire or Xtrap.

Let me know if you know how to port forward, if not i'll do it for you via TeamViewer

Ports needed to be opened are:

    Name: Crossfire
    Port: 13008
    Protocol: TCP

    Name: Xtrap1
    Port: 10009

Best get in touch with your router manufacturer then because you need it, what router is it? and have you changed the pass/login from the default?
