Go to your desktop and press Windows key + R or, type cmd and launch as ADMIN (Windows7/Vista).
In cmd type ipconfig and press enter, look for Default Gateway (Should start with 192.168.) write that down somewhere.
Now type ping (enter what you wrote down 192.168.....)
Now type in ipconfig /release and press enter, then type in ipconfig /renew and press enter, then type ipconfig /flushdns and press enter
Turn off your PC & Disconnect your modem/router, don't just press off, remove the power completely and wait 10-20 seconds.
Turn on your modem/router and then 15 seconds start your PC, once its online open cmd again and type in ping (192.168.... what you wrote down and entered before) then right click and press select all then paste it all here so I can see.
