Scope out:

1. Go to "Write Memory Actions" in TMK
2. Press "Wiz"
3. Make Sure "Action to perform" is set at "Write Value", "Type of value" is set a Byte, "Address" has "009038C6" filled in, and "Value" has "0" filled in.
