It is free. Its not free if they ask you money to play the game in which in this case they aren't, they need money for the VPS. If you don't know what VPn is its "Virtual Private Server'". VPS is all about running multiple Virtual Servers within one physical server. The Devs are asking if people could donate to them for the players own good, so that you wouldn't need to connect to Hamachi anymore. Would you want to check each Hamachi room? No. They are not holding you back to play their server, the server is. If you please respect the server makers please be patient they made a server for you, If you complain on how they want you to give money. Don't come look on what it is, It's just comon sense so please be patient till the VPS is set-up.
