Yep, they can see it in both cases.

I was just testing this and just a little warning for those using HD's VIP Console:


If you're lazy like me, and rather than setting the binds to change your armor and instead you set them as spawncommands, you will affect EVERYONE who joins your boat if you are the host.

Just a heads up to prevent any further mishaps.

@kiraboshi ive been working on my weapon and shield colors, since im a die-hard fiona user/abuser >_< i assume you know where to put all of these, sooo use these commands @ your own disposal...

cc_change_all_weapon_color (Color in decimal#)
cc_change_weapon_color (0/1/2) (Color in decimal#)
cc_change_shield_color (0/1/2) (Color in decimal#)

I meant that when you do commands in town they can only see the detransformation aura and the speed command.
