They do! Make sure to ask them for a bit less sugar though, they put in the artificial sweetner crap instead of real sugar when they make it at starbucks, but if you ask for it with less sugar you can grab the packets of pure cane sugar and it makes it SO MUCH BETTER

I KNOW WHAT YOU MEAN, I've given up on Dunkin Donuts, last time I had a DD coffee they put fake half n' half in it and I almost puked

I have 3-4 teaspoons of instant, 1 teaspoon of cocoa powder, 3 teaspoons of sugar, 3/4 boiling water and 1/4 milk. I've had Black Blood of the Earth once and it was absolutely fucking delicious.

I used to have very white teeth myself, I would use a shot glass and mix h202 and baking soda until it made a paste, brush my teeth with toothpaste, the paste, and then toothpaste again. It worked wonders, I think I should start doing that again Smoking definitely fucked my teeth though, I miss my pearly whites

Just don't leave the mixture on your teeth The hydrogen peroxide literally starts to dissolve the enamel, though the baking soda repairs it. If you leave it on it will cause problems, though if you use the mixture every other day or every few days you will notice a HUGE difference
