i don't really think its a hw ban, probably a glitch.
but after around 30-60 min(1 hour) of playing, a pb note come up saying: i have recieved an international ban: hardware ban (163xxxxx) the x's stand for some numbers, i don't remember though

o and i also noticed that frame lagging helps a lot in avoiding pb messages for awhile
