[Tutorial]How to run CA without any lags

EDIT**** MANY PEOPLE HAVE BEEN ASKING ME THIS: "When I click 'game.bat' it opens notepad. WTF?"
Here's what to do: Open My Computer, then click Tools, Folder Options, and in the "View" tab, find "Hide File Extensions for Known File-types" and uncheck it. Then go to your .bat file, then rename it from "Gamename.txt.bat" to "gamename.bat".

1.)Put the Andy.bat on C:/Nexon/Combat Arms/ folders
2.)Right click on Andy.bat and click send to-> then click Desktop
3.)after that Just open Andy.bat shurtcut and it will not lagg not even with 16/16 people on a server join

some one comment me and he said that if it clean kookie and stuff well

iight remember if you use hacks the lags will be small but if you don't use hack there wont be no lag

It did reduce lag by just tiny bit. D:
I'm running a pretty slow internet connection, so that might be it. :P My processor is great. I can play 1 v 1, though. Any higher then... 3 v 3 then I'll lag. D:
Any ideas? I reduced everything to the lowest.
