Artic wolf is better in my opinion. Free Silencer (better for quick scope/no scope) and it's so sexy.

Well first of all I thought Sniper's perm cost like 29.9 k nx.
M107 good for camping and picking off opponents from a far range.
More versatile but less accurate, better for close quarter and building basic foundations for sniping.
L115A3, don't buy it, unless you really like it.
