@Ameer You don't have to do 5, pyramid sets are up to you on how hard you want to go onto them. 5 is just a good number because it lets you drop 2 reps at a time. I would recommend 5, but you can do it in 4.

The trick is getting a routine diet of more than enough calories. I'm not as skinny as you, but have the same problem of gaining muscle mass. I started at 140 LBS and am now about 175 LBS give or take. I'm still slowly gaining, but have fell off of my workout routine a few times now. It's fucking hard staying on top of it, as not everyone has the time to put into a workout session. The trick is to just eat more than you feel comfortable eating after working out and to never workout on an empty stomach. To gain muscle, you'll need to be eating at least 4, maybe 5 square meals a day + healthy snacks in between.
