I torrented ark and hated it, glad I didn't spend any money on it.
The GUI looked like bright blue comic sans on a green background.

Played for a few hundred hours, once you've sat there and tamed a bronco for 18 hours straight just to have the enemy clan glitch it into the rock the next morning makes you want to quit though

Yeah, I once tamed one on a school night..

Taming had a boost as wasn't official server, it still took a good 6 hours or so tho.
I think they're pointless unless you're close to a mountain or something, too slow.
