Every time I merge posts it seems to go catastrophically wrong so I'll have @Ahlwong do that :^)

Is there any way to negate the golden re-tiling on individual dungeons?

For example, I want to revert the golden tiling in ice tomb back to its icy tiles. This is because an X in the middle is left icy, while the tiles around it are golden and not icy, and this screws me over every time since I can't aim at the chest.

    Recap:
Is there any way to negate the golden tiles in a specific dungeon? Thanks.

2 plugins you need to turn off. First is "Sprite". This plugin removes the trees from Sprite World and turns the space into gold tiles so you can no-clip easier, and this plugin also turns the ice in ice cave into gold tiles. I cant remember if i made it also turn the tiles in Ice Tomb into gold tiles or not.

The second plugin, and this is the one thats probably doing Ice Tomb, is "Map Filter". The plugin is designed so you can pick a tile and then choose another tile to replace it. I believe the Ice Slide -> Gold Tile is in there by default. So either open the settings for Map Filter and remove that, or just delete the plugin from the plugins folder. Do the same with the Sprite plugin.
