for each different part of the world it stems back to different times for different reason, the middle east hates usa for religious reasons mostly (they are muslim while america is christan) and also it's the biggest target out there

china dislikes usa because of the korean war when america/U.N. came close to invading china and also because it's communist and the general rule is america is anti-communist so it fells threatened by america.
north korea hates usa for kinda the same reason but also north korea just hates everybody

the ussr when it was around hated usa kinda because usa hated it, it was more of a friendly rivalry that went a little to far shortly after ww2...
also in 1947 the allies tried to push stalin around and tell him how to govern his part of germany/berlin so he got cranky and said "screw u guys it's my ball and i'm going home" so then he started hating everybody else and everybody else started mutually hating him.
the current russia and former ussr states hate/dislike usa just because it stems down from this...
the former ussr allies that were pro communist hate the usa because the usa is anti-communist and are accually kinda racist against communism so they generally start hating other places first and so the other places hate back
the french hate the usa because u made fun of them back in 2004
and canada dislikes usa (it's not really hate) becuase usa tries to boss them around and bully them so much.

americas economy did/didn't improve in/during/shortly after WWII
what america did was "rent out" it's equipment to it's allies and take an "iou" from them, and the debt kinda got to big and the other allies dont really have enough money to pay it back ;>.>

it's kinda like lending $20 to your friend and saying "don't worry about it, pay it back when u can" and then 2 weeks later asking for it back and having your friend tell you he doesn't have 20 dollars....

I am neutral. Judging by the sentences of others, that you "Yanks" do you want the raw materials, because the longer you are missing. I live well in Poland (sorry for English) but I was nervous that American interference in the affairs of other countries. Americas is a good weapon but poorly disciplined troops, Russia has a good measure equipment and well trained soldiers who are Specnazu even immune to pain.
