Nope, you're editing a client-side file. Only YOU (and anyone else that has this exploit) can see the doors open.

No one has a definite answer on whether VAC is enabled on Rust or not, and if it is, it's EVERY server, not just select few.
If you're afraid of getting VAC banned, don't hack. Simple

I don't have a Mac and .NET Reflector does not support mac, sorry.

This is because you need to update rust to recent version. press f1 when trying to load into a server. This will tell you why you cant join.

I did, When u replace the code with real Rust Updated Assembly-CSharp file with the hacked one, It wont load anymore.
