If you put on a piece of the DEV's items you get some debuffs that will kill you in a matter of seconds...

That is why you change the source code, removing the debuffs and fixing the errors you get.

Yes you need to Decompile it.
After fixxing the main error's which came after decompile you just need to remove a few lines in the Player.cs.
Just search for the Wing ID (should be 3 or something) aaand for the -1000 line in there.

If you want you can have my modded exe, it is made for builder. I use Twisted's World Editor in it.

I would love to have it.
