I imagine it's very hard to get a manual report. You will have to show some visual cues, like very rare skins (like legacy ones) and/or use exploits or cheats like lag switch, etc. But even then, most players don't know that such an option exist, and the rest just don't care that much. You need to have incredible bad luck to get a manual report, or play with a known streamer/YouTuber.

It's more likely to get checked thanks to an accumulation of in game reports, and that's very real cause like I said before, everyone reports you just because it's free.

How is it more likely to get checked by accumulation of ingame reports when everyone is spamming them? The amount of ingame reports becomes meaningless when players report you for every single bullshit. Everyone who plays a lot has hundreds if not thousands of ingame reports

ACMs do not have the time to go through every report. They only take the following reports seriously:

1) Using racist terms or telling people to kill themselves in the game chat
2) Using bot scripts (Must file a web report and provide video evidence)
3) Constantly sandbagging players / working with the killer (Must file a web report and provide video evidence)
4) Caught using wallhacks, speedhacks, and any other hacks that give you an advantage (Must file a web report and provide video evidence)

As you can see, most reporting reasons requires going to their web site, filing a report, and submitting video evidence. All you have to do is play fair and don't be a dick in game. There have been people who hacked their game save years ago and they are still playing. That's because they are playing fair and not being an ass in the game. Just play nice and you'll be fine.

I agree with this response. Personally I hacked DBD for the first time in 2016 just to get all legacy skins, also i was hacking bps a few times but still I'm not banned bc I'm not a dick I guess.
