You need to buy Name change on the z8 site, only then can you use special characters such as a question mark.

I bought the Z8 Name Change, when I insert a question mark, this is what shows up :

"Please ensure there's no space, and use only Alpha Numeric characters and _-[]*."

I bought name change about a month ago, and I was able to put a question mark, are you sure you bought name change, or did you just make a new account. Because character restrictions is only applicable when you make a new character.
