How to run mw2 mod directly before launch(from shortcut application)?

I want to run my mod in mw2 without waiting until I launch the game. I think there is a syntax when I right click on the shortcut iw4x then I click on properties, inside the target box I want to have something like this, "C:\Users\****\Desktop\Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2\iw4x.exe mods\bots" but this won't work. Any help please!

you probably are missing a couple spaces and have to becareful of your directories.
