How i can enter in other servers?

Guys, i have seed many prints with others servers
in my game only apper the Beta- East server
i have seed some like:
Italy server,and others
My lvl is 4
and how i cannot enter in others servers?

if u live in US: u have only the Americans ones plus EU vs USA
when i was in Italy, however, i used to play on all the Europeans one plus EU vs USA (i think that the Italian one is the busiest )

Hey I'm new with this but there is a tool called WRProxy you can enter in another servers so if you can't find that tool let me know, I got it.

german can play only german.
europea can play only europea.
italy can play only italy
usa can play only usa servers...
