Whats the best way to transfer items and gold to your main? Do I just mail it? Or should I sell something expensive on market place and have my bot account buy it? Can I get banned using these ways?

Mail it, then delete the mail. For good measure, delete your bot character too if you want, since the sender's outbox cannot be deleted. Doing the marketplace trick is very risky and should only be used if you have 2 comps.
1. Send it directly
Good:
No hassle, quick, if main banned for it, generally most easily excusable as can claim that it was someone who shared a computer with you wanting to give you a gift.
Bad:
Relatively trackable, they may have other ways to bust you, also, the highest taxed method (Around 10% for instant, and 5% for 1 hour)
2. Send COD
Good:
Least cost, still pretty damned quick, requires one more interaction then method 1, which may or may not matter. Requires generally an item that you're willing to part with.
Bad:
As trackable as method 1, and harder time explaining why someone paid you COD 20mil for an iron ore.
3. Marketplace (List an item on marketplace at a high price, then have your bot account buy it)
Good:
Hardest to track, doesn't cost as much as method 1. Also useful for getting rid of shitty event items that you don't want/need anymore.
Bad:
Amount of gold needed to list the item is based on the price, and in most cases, eventually it does add up. I once moved about 10mil, and I think I was taxed 300k, and had I for example, COD'd on a crap enchant instead (costs 500 gold-ish to send), that's 299,500 I wouldn't lose to taxes.
Take and pick your method, I generally use 3 when I'm doing small amounts, then 2 if I'm doing bigger loads. I generally sell COD a crap enchant because it looks at least somewhat plausible if I'm ever questioned about it.
