Combat knife as primary/secondary and budget

i just played with cheat engine and found some interesting things (see pic)

1. Combat Knife value in CC1 is 324 for primary weapon, 162 for secondary
2. You can not use that CK you just selected
3. Your budget is edited by -1 point.

is this just a bug or we are getting to unlimited budget?

There is no unpatchable glitch, Treyarch just needs to make a new update, new exe.

its a implemented game feature which causes unlimited budget..if they remove it they have to remove some weapons, attachments etc thats why its a glitch
