ADVANCED UAV (OFF HOST RADAR) + FORCE HOST
Here it is boys just tick UAV and it will stay on indefinitely unless unticked. Will be adding a FPS unlocker soon just having trouble finding the offset for com_maxfps with IDA because I'm not very good with it... Until I find it there's this.

Make sure you have .net4.5+ and some redis packages.

Thanks for the reply, I don't actually know what was wrong because I had .net 4.5 installed. Just reboot my PC a few times and it has opened
