Start by duplicating the background layer so you have a backup if you mess up.
Then, desaturate the duplicated layer by pressing CTRL+SHIFT+U
Then, go to the layer you just desaturated, and right click it, and select blending options.
Go down to color overlay and select White.
Set it to Overlay,
Then, press okay.
Change the layer to Hard Light.
Then, go to the channel mixer icon, which looks like a circle with half black, half white, at an angle.
Then, go to Invert, and then click.
Afterwards, set the Invert layer to divide.
Then, choose the channel filter option again, but this time, go to Gradient Map.
Then, choose the gradient in the picture below.
Tick the boxes "dither and reverse"
Then, set the Gradient Map layer to Overlay.
After that, go to channel mixers one more time, and then choose Brightness and Contrast.
Set the Brightness to +150 and the contrast to -50.
Just leave the layer setting as normal, and you're done.
