It looks like that because im in cabin feber
but when i was on Desert Fox or Vertigo, it
looks very very bright

Oh.. You should do a screenshot in Snow Valley because it's very bright and it shows the mod the best. If not Snow Valley go to Cold Seed they are both very bright and good for this kind of thing.
