    search the same string you use for the offset, try to find an address with a leading 10 (i.e 10123ABC) then remove the 10

    Weapon MGR is Weapons Pointer.
    You can actually find it in every function / string in olly that has to do with Weapon Things.
    Like No Reload / No Change Delay e.t.c
