you have to reach a certain amount of post, i don't remember exactly how many.. you can tag a mod in your post so they will help you..

If you're trying to post links you won't be able to unless you're member level 1 (requires 10-15 posts). Try spacing them out (i.e. ww w.imgur. com/etaetae).

You need to provide images of skype chat otherwise your report is utterly useless
