Changing model size.

So on Vindictus, ran into a player who was much taller than normal, I'm pretty sure theres no in game size altering items, so I'm guessing this was a console hack.

Anyone know how this works? I didn't take a screenshot... really should have! Like I said, they were just a normal character, but bigger the max size.
