Buying steam account with Valve pack

Hey guys,
My account of 2008 got VAC banned when I lent it for a friend... (stupid friend :@)
Now Im willing to buy a steam with Valve pack for 35 euros by Paysafecard.
Is anyone selling?
I want with the bill of the games / cd keys and all account information. (all)
We will use OMM or you go first.
If you have more than 1500 hours in CSS, CSGO or CS1.6 I would buy for 50 euros and if the account is from 2007 or earlier then 60 euros would be what I pay.

You do know that the valve pack is 100$ ? and you're only offering 35 euros..

Its 70 euros here ..
When selling in MPGH, accounts are 2x cheaper. Also, if you live in Russia u can get it for like 20 euros in their money...
But IDK if there is a country restriction.

And in steam promotions u can get it really cheaper
