I want to change the fire rate of the l96a1 Artic wolf to the firerate of the super magnum, Im pretty good at modding but i always get confused with all of the ltb files and stuff tut please?

you cant just change the firerate of it, u have to crack the attributes.rez files and edit them, but no one has done it yet

Change all the related LTB files of a faster sniper into the one you're trying to turn it into and inject.

Just asking.. How did you get the simi auto l9? It was changed with the sr25.. but.. that confuses me.. Can you change the l9 rate to the l9 magnum or the artic wolf to the magnum please? Because it is really confusing me..

Its not confusing at all, its so easy. Just rename the files like CM_HND_SP_DF_ and the other ones that match.
