Nice overall: Everything fits well except the text,cause of that black effect.

Well it's really just a text on an image and you added a flare..
IMO the flare or text does not fit in so you need to work on mixing the background image and text with each other so it fits.
As a former PS lover I really can't say you put much work into it, but keep working on it.

Tip: Get another font and don't use inner shadow.

Change the font and fix the black

What font should I use then or should I place it in a different spot? But I think it looks much cleaner then the first one.

For sure it's much clearer,however it feels too sharp,try using one which is thicker and has curvy borders.
