First--My ping Get Every Time Request timed Out Now It Fixed i Got ping

Second--Ping Crossfire Before=120-100 After =60-50

Click the windows button (bottom left)
right click "computer"
press manage
On the left click "device manager"
on the right scroll down to "network adapters"
double click on the device your using..
click advanced
select the "speed and duplex" under the property...
and "10 mb full"

hay presto your done... it doesn't take a rocket scientist to work it out.
