howto host mods

hey, i want to host mods on mw2 online. (not aIW)
and i wonder how to do it. lets say i want to make a ninja vs pirates. and im inside the mw2 folder and have made a folder called "Mods" and then "mp" so now i make a note inside there? with all the text from ninja vs pirates`?
and how do i host em?

well fisrt of all u will get banned and the only way to force host if u use liberation or vac choas..but both of those tools will get u banned..and there is no such thing as a folder called MODS cuz steam dont allow it..
