If you get a banned cd key, you have 4 hour to report it, if you get a "cd key in use" error you have 12 hours to report it. I will replace the key with a fresh key and i might give you a free key, that depends on how many keys i have in stock.

I never told you what kind of key you were getting, and if you were nice about it you would have gotten a real key.
