CF China> CF North America?

Link to cf China When i went back to china for vacation this year, i played Cf China it was also my first time playing it, i ended up having a great experience in the game. So i decided to go download the game when i come home to Canada. I was shocked how behind CF North America was, how come they aren't ahead of Cf China? CF China had the game way later than Cf North America, and yet their hack prevention program is far better, more guns and maps + Characters to choose from.

So discuss why is it like this? I really wish the North American version updates, i wanted to download CF China but then i thought i might lag because of distance

I haven't downloaded it b4, but I hear you can buy a VIP membership and go crazy with kicking other players

Idk about that all i know is that if they even see a hacker, everyone would kick right away in like CF Na everyone is like a hacker.
