How to host my own MW2 servers ?

I have the Modern Warefare2 m2 source code, I want to create my own servers, NOT dependent on others (I don't want to mention names)! But something similar to where I can give away server.cfg files and others relate to my Master Server!

Anyone gave it a try before ?

Somewhere to start from ?

I'm not sure if it's called +D1, I hope it doesn't sound stupid as well!
But I'm a Software Dev myself, and I have the src code, so I thought it should be somehow possible to do it. So I wanted to ask if someone already gave it a try.

The Scanario I'm talking about is like this :
I have a master server with a couple other servers : Other Gamers can host dedi or launch their servers through the master as well. So They can look it up in the search and so on!

Yea, basicly a new 4D1.
Afraid we're not even allowed to discuss this, let alone that someone here knows how to do it. It's basicly creating and hosting a new game.
