And I'm not fat Im almost 14 and I weight 105 pounds.
I just want to lose about 5-10 pounds just from whatever u call it "belly fat" so I can get some abs

The fuck? You weigh 105 and you want to lose "5-10 more pounds"? I'll seriously never understand girls. If you really insist on losing weight, get into an exercise regimen. If you don't like jogging, try getting in to a routine of jogging with a friend, that will certainly make it more interesting. Just don't let it cut into your diet, 105 is a perfectly healthy weight for someone your age. In fact, the average weight for girls 14-15 years old is 105-115 pounds.
