@Cursed! may be able to help you out on this
Okay, so I'm new to this whole JTAG thing and most of the tutorials out there (for me at least) were for the old fat Xbox 360's.
So I need some help finding a tutorial on how to JTAG my Xbox 360 Slim.
I also need to know where to get a JTAG kit, or what I need to JTAG. Because most tutorials don't even tell me what I need, and when they do something is wrong with the link they provide or it's not real.
Help would be much appreciated, Thanks!

This is my pet peeve. Jtag. Slims cannot be JTAGED. If you are going to Jtag a console it has to have dashboard 7371 or earlier.
An RGH is what you need. This means you will have to install a chip. The best chip out there is the CR4 XL ($25), it is instaboot and very easy to install. You can find the CR Rev C on ebay for $7 but the consoles boots up in 30seconds-1minute. You will also need a nand writer. When you search that up you WILL find "Nand-X" these are discontinued and not sold. You will need to buy the JR-Programmer V2 ($21). To make things easier you will might want to buy the QSB v3 ($4). For all of this it is around $50. So you have a $100 console + $50 mod installed. That's $150 invest. With the CR4XL they can easily go for $230+. Granite I ruined the first Xbox 360 I tried to install this on.
Before you try ANYTHING decipher with console motherboard you have. Trinity is the easiest to install and the best. If you have a corona, you're in for a ride.
For a good tutorial watch my friend, Sebastian. Warning: He does wire install not QSB. I recommend using QSB, as it is easy to install with the chip and nand writes.
Mention didn't work @KillTheNoise

These people are very expensive, as xconsoles is going out of business.

So all together, shipping and all, it's going to cost me $94 ? Wow, that is a lot more than I wanted to spend. But if it's what I have to do then so be it. Also, when I get the products, will I have to use that tutorial video you gave me in the beginning? Thanks man for all your help. Literally, without you I wouldn't know what to do right now. I appreciate everything man, and have a good day.
