Is it any safe way to use paypal? concidering recharge scammers

Want to sell my account, but it is hard since no one want to use western union.

I dont want to risk getting scammed when dealing with paypal.
Is there any way to make sure he cant chargeback?

Use a OMM.

They will help you to sell your account without getting scammed.
Please make sure if a OMM adds you on skype always ask in a private message (via MPGH) if he is the real.
There are many fakers.

That's irrelevant to what he's asking, so I doubt it's helpful. He's asking how to prevent chargebacks, not how to go about doing a transaction.

To answer you OP, there's no safe way to protect against chargebacks, your best bet is to sell whatever you want to sell to a trusted player with vouches.

Ok. I have sold alot of items between this site and reddit (multiple thousands to be correct) and have never experienced a single chargeback. I have traded with anything from people now considered scammers to people with 100+ vouches. Not once have I had a single dollar charged back. My secret? Nothing. I have literally done nothing special to avoid this. I guess the only "rule" I followed was to never sell more than $50 worth to people with like below 15 vouches.
