This mod adds eleven new craft-able walls into the game. They behave similarly to fences, but are crafted with different materials and have a new style to them.

This mod is a collection of small modular changes to the properties of certain vanilla blocks and items. Each component is stand-alone and can be disabled or re-enabled separately from all of the others:

Better Wood
- inner texture of logs fixed to better match bark and planks
Better Stairs
- stairs will automatically form inner and outer corners when placed - collision box will also adjusts automatically to match
- optional mossy stone, sandstone, netherrack, obsidian, snow, stone, and ice stairs can be enabled in the config
Better Fences
- fences will only connect to a block if aligned two or more in a row and perpendicular to it
- wood and nether brick fences will blend by default
- fences will not connect to block corners by default
- fence collision height and connection to soil blocks can be adjusted in config
Better Blaze Powder
- blaze powder can be used to fertilize netherwarts
Better Cobwebs
- cobwebs can be harvested with shears
Better Charcoal
- gives charcoal it's own sprite
Better Recipes
- cookie, cake, and detector and power rail recipes have new alternative recipes (details in screenshot) ~ credit to dann494 for the improved rail recipes
- each recipe can be enabled or disabled independently

At its core, this mod adds a new key-binding for simple block rotation. If they key (Ctrl by default) is held down while placing a block, the block will be oriented in an alternate way. If the key is held down while right-clicking a block, the block will rotate horizontally.

Also added is the ability to place slabs vertically (by rotating normal slabs), along with two new slab-types (nether brick and moss stone). Lastly the mod revamps log placement: logs will be placed upright by default (identical to pre-1.3), and will only be placed on their side when rotated placement is used.
